From a statement to a clearer wealth picture
Start with one supported investment or mortgage statement. Elcap processes it on your iPhone, lets you review the extracted details, and adds the confirmed source to your tracked wealth. You do not need to gather every account before you begin.
1. Choose one source
Use a recent investment or mortgage statement. In the app, tap the + button to choose the supported document. Availability depends on the document and device; do not assume every financial institution or format is supported.
Keep the original statement available while you review the import. There is no need to email it to support.
2. Review before saving
Check the extracted details against the statement and read any warnings. For property, review the recorded value and loan details. If something was not recognized, do not treat the import as a complete account record.
An updated statement can overlap with an existing source. Review any account or property matching information before confirming so you understand what will be added or updated.
3. Explore what you added
Overview gives you a starting point for your tracked wealth. Explore investments and property to understand the sources behind that total. The screenshots here show the app’s separate demo, not a personal account.
You can add more supported statements as you build your picture. Cash represented in imported sources contributes where supported; this is not a promise of automatic bank-account coverage.
4. Keep your sources current
Refresh your statement when holdings, transfers, or loan details change. Market-price updates for eligible holdings are separate from account updates: they do not import new trades or transactions. Live features require Elcap Live membership; availability depends on your app version and account.
A useful check-in starts with knowing which sources you have added and how current they are. Your tracked wealth is only as complete as those sources.
