Account and Data Requests
You can delete your account from inside the app in Settings. For privacy or data requests, contact privacy@elcap.money.
Before You Email
- Check that you are running the latest version of Elcap.
- Confirm iCloud is enabled if you are expecting data to sync across devices.
- For import issues, do not email financial documents. Describe the document type and what failed.
- For crash reports, include the approximate time the crash happened.

Please do not send mortgage statements, brokerage statements, account numbers, screenshots with financial details, or other sensitive documents by email.
